Here’s the truth: almost every woman I work with would do three things if her body wasn’t “an issue”.....
1. Wear clothes she likes
2. Have more sex
3. Move her body more
It’s easy to think that people have “bad” bodies because they are too lazy to move but have you ever stopped to consider that women (maybe you?) don’t exercise because at some point they (you?) learned their bodies weren’t good enough for movement??
A challenging relationship with exercise is a HUGE side effect of diet culture and making peace with movement is just as important as making peace with food. 💖✌️
