It's the beginning of the end of the lazy jam-packed days of summer for us. We're out east marinating in salty ocean water, eating far too many ice creams, and ignoring the slow-growing list of "back to school" and routine tasks that are apparently (even from this place of deep denial) accumulating.
I have a major piece of news to share, in early September. I still need some time to wrap my head around the final details and to find the words to describe my newest project - what I believe will be the most powerful and perspective-changing way to work with me: finding food peace and body joy, and the best way to eat and move for YOU. All while harnessing the power of your cyclical, very human, nature so that you build resilience, energy, and a renewed passion for life (not to mention a sense of style you love and clothes that FIT YOUR BODY. The dream!!). I don't want to give away too much but sufficed to say that this year has deeply impacted me - from ongoing lock downs to our two months of travel - the way I feel in, and relate to, my body has deepened and I'm excited to offer up these on-going lessons to YOU. It's been a wild couple of years and I've been slowly tweaking and shifting my work and I THINK I've finally landed on the juice-juiciest version I could hope for.
So sit tight. Like the very best bread dough, news like this takes time to come together. I'll be taking the rest of the month off to collect my thoughts and then I'll be back with a business and life-shifting BANG!
