Education Program Consent

Welcome! Please read this Agreement carefully so there are no misunderstandings and so that we can meet each other’s expectations.  By signing this Agreement, you also acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy set out on my website: www.foodfreedombodylove.com.  

Program Description.

You are enrolling in the Food Freedom/Body Love Juicy Body Blueprint (the “Program”).

As part of this Program, you will receive:

•  12 short, impactful 'Key Lessons' delivered via Video and Audio. Lessons are paired with worksheets, thoughtful prompts, embodiment practices, and/or powerful resources to deepen your learning.
•  Tools to Take With You
• A gorgeous Canva Template you can use to create your very own Juicy Body Blueprint, at the end of the program.

Expectations and Responsibilities.

During the Program, I expect that you will:

• Show up on time without distractions.
• Participate with respect to other Program participants and me.
• Come fully prepared to give your best efforts to the Program.
• Complete all action steps to maximize your results.
• Promptly provide payment for the Program. 
• Ask any questions you may have as they arise.

Scheduling and Communication.

Group Calls. A schedule of our Program group calls will be shared with you during your enrollment in the Program.  Please plan to come to the group calls on time. If you miss a group call, there will be no make-up dates for the call.

Investment and Payment

Investment:  You agree to pay $1500 (or 2 payments of $850) upon enrolment in the Program.  

Refund Policy. Because all content is immediately available, there are no refunds on this product.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Program, and all the material available via the Program are protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

The Program and material are provided for your informational, non-commercial and personal use only as authorized under these terms.  You may not use the Program in a manner that constitutes an infringement of my rights or that has not been authorized by me. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized in this Agreement, the Terms of Use, or by the Owner, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any of the material provided in the Program. You may, however, download, store and/or print single copies of the material for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that you maintain all copyright and other proprietary notices.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall I be liable for damages of any kind, including, without limitation, any direct, special, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, any loss or damages in the nature of, or relating to, lost business, medical injury, personal injury, wrongful death, improper diagnosis, inaccurate information, improper treatment or any other loss incurred in connection with your use, misuse or reliance upon the Program, regardless of the cause and whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. 

I also expressly disclaim any and all liability for the acts, omissions and conduct of any third-party user of the Site or Material, or any advertiser or sponsor of the Site.  Under no circumstances shall I be liable for any injury, loss, damage (including direct, special, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages), or expense arising in any manner whatsoever from (i) the acts, omissions or conduct of any third-party; and (ii) any access, use, reliance upon or inability to use any materials, content, goods or services located at, or made available at, any website linked to or from the Program material, regardless of the cause and whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. 

Termination

You may terminate your involvement in the Program at any time by giving me at least 1 weeks notice (e-mail is sufficient). 

I may terminate your involvement in the Program immediately  if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement. 

General

No-Disparagement.  You agree to not publicly or privately make any negative or critical comments about the Program, my business or me, or to communicate with any other individual, company or entity in a way that disparages the Program or harms my reputation in any way, including on social media at any time. 

Notice.  All correspondence or notice required regarding the Program shall be made to each of us at the respective e-mail addresses in the signature block below. Should your e-mail address, billing or contact information change at any time throughout the Program, it is your responsibility to provide your updated information to me within 1 week of any change.

Entire Agreement, Assignment, Survivability and Waiver. This Agreement, along with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, contains our entire agreement. This Agreement may be modified or amended at any time so long as the amendment is in writing and signed by both of us. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone else, and the obligations under this Agreement shall survive indefinitely unless otherwise stated in this Agreement. If I choose to waive or not enforce one or more terms of this Agreement, it does not in any way limit my right to later enforce every part of this Agreement. If any section of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, all other sections shall be held in full force and effect.

Governing Law.  This Agreement shall be construed according to the laws of Ontario, Canada.
