This week’s #bopofriday is dedicated to all my gals with gorgeous FRECKLES. ❤️❤️❤️ ✨
I used to hate my freckles (likely a by-product of being the girl from P.E.I. who kinda sorta looked like Anne of Green Gables and was thus constantly referenced as her?) And now? Well.... I tolerate them! Ha! #improvement

I actually seem to have fewer freckles and more age spots as I creep toward 40 - and that’s a whole other mountain. ⛰ 🤪 But when I see someone confidently flaunting their unique skin it reminds me I’m only a few small perspective shifts away from seeing my own pink, burn-y, spotty skin very very differently. 🙏🏼

I had my first session for the Ellyn Satter affiliate program, last night - sinking in to the feeding and nutrition work I do with children and their parents. I got off that call feeling like that Katy Perry ‘Roar’ song if it were mashed up with Brandi Carlile’s ‘The Joke’. #classicmetaphor

This may be a slow growing movement and there may be resistance and people may not always get it....but I believe in this. I believe in US. All of us, in this space, and all the Health at Every Size, anti-diet spaces, working to change to way we approach food, bodies, growth, and health. ✨
