The Self Study Program

My 8 week, online, self-guided program will change the game for you. Based on The Food Freedom/Body Love Method I've developed for 1:1 clients and groups, the program will teach you - week by week - all you need to know to change your outlook on food, weight, health, and beauty forever.


  • 1 CORE CURRICULUM LESSON/WEEK - a 60 min recorded video class covering a core lesson based on the theme of the week.

  • 1 Q&A/WEEK - a 60-ish min recorded video Q&A where you can dive deeper into the content related to the week's lesson.

  • SUPPORTING COURSE MATERIAL - homework, exercises, readings, worksheets, and other supporting information will be doled out in small, manageable bits as the course progresses.

*Note: Content is organized into “weeks” for simplicity but all weeks of content are available as soon as you purchase…so you can move as quickly or slowly through the program as you like!

  1. How long will this take me? The goal is for this course to be manageable and flexible. The weekly CORE CURRICULUM class is approximately 60 minutes long and the coinciding Q&A is generally 60 minutes as well. You will also be given small amounts of homework, reading, and/or experiments where you take the work out into "the real world". You can do as much or as little as you like - though, of course, the more you put into it, the more you will get out of it. If you completed every week’s content on schedule” it might take you 2.5-3 hours/week but you can go more slowly than that! Alternate core curriculum and Q&A videos other weeks or give yourself an extra week for homework. It’s totally up to you.

  2. How long do I have access to the course? You have access to the course material for 6 months. The hope is to give you a deadline to push you to finish but also because I will need to occasionally update/change material. If you desperately need more time with the work, just email me at
