8 weeks of fun, challenging, inspiring, SELF-LED, lessons on weight, food, body image, and their connections.
Work sheets, reading, mini experiments, podcasts - you're gonna WORK! We have a lot to cover in 8 weeks, so get ready. But don't feel scared. I'll never ask you to do more than you can handle:) And remember, you can take this as fast or SLOW as you like.
CHANGE!!!! Change is NOT always comfortable but that's what you’re here for, right? And remember, you can access the support of others in this community of Facebook or Instagram, anytime. We've got you.
A completely new outlook on your body that will trickle into all areas of your life. The effects of this program will continue to unfold over the months (and years!) that follow.
A Few Important Notes
1. The videos for each week were recorded LIVE during my last live online group program. You may hear me refer to Monday and Thursday classes, don’t sweat it! Each week you have one 60 minute Core Curriculum Lecture and one 30-60 minute Q&A Session to watch. You can watch them any old day you want!
2. On that same note, when this course was LIVE we had a Facebook group attached to it. As this is a self-study program, that Facebook group is no longer active. BUT, I’ve done my best to make sure that any relevant additional material for each week is located in the homework for that week. You aren’t missing out at all!
3. If you have questions or comments, leave them here in the course section of this website. Leave them at the bottom of this welcome page or the bottom of the WEEK you are on. I can find them there and will answer you as quickly as I can.
4. Your first homework!!! Each week you will find some extra reading or homework after the Core Curriculum Lecture. Before you begin the course, watch the TedTalk below and make some notes: what feelings come up? Questions? Thoughts?? Be as honest as you can!
